  	Loma del Divisidero is approximately 28 kilometers from Sabinas. Benito was found at that location with his skull fractured by a machete. His brother, Federico Garza, and Enrique Cantu discovered the body and informed police. The police report stated that due to the advanced state of decomposition of the body it could not be moved. Apparently burial took place at the site where the body was found.
